Average delivery time

To ensure that we can offer fair prices for our products, we have chosen to ship the products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save significantly on transport, storage, packaging and shipping costs and offer the products at a fair price.

Because we ship the products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 5 to 12 days. Track My order.

It is possible that an order may be delayed. If you have not received anything after 14 days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Always free shipping

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity required.

Processing time & Package Tracking

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt and shipped from our overseas warehouse within 1-3 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can easily track your package. 

In most cases, you will receive this code almost immediately after placing your order. In the unlikely event that it takes a little longer, you will receive the code within 2 days at the latest. This way, you will always be fully informed of the status of your order.

Sometimes parcels are delivered a day later, so please wait 24 hours.
